Two Birthdays, Four Continents

This has been an amazing year. I spent my last birthday (accidentally) in the best hotel in Jakarta, Indonesia, while volunteering with LEAD Asia. Since then, I've traveled through three other continents, joined the Peace Corps, and learned another language. Here are some pictures highlighting this journey:

I've been learning that the world really is a big place, that each part is unique, and that each part is important. Thank you to all of the friends and family who made this past year so full and exciting. I've truly been blessed--and I'm looking forward to the next year being just as wonderful!
