Spotlight on Cambodia

Here is our second Spotlight, this time on the Kingdom of Cambodia. Our Spotlights will continue to be little snippets of things we saw and learned while in each of the countries we visit this fall. Feel free to skip the parts you don’t want to read, but don’t miss the quiz at the bottom!

Jump to Phnom Penh, Cambodia

Hello all,

This past Sunday we flew to Phnom Penh, Cambodia to prepare for the next leg of our story-gathering trip. The highlight of the trip was definitely the birds in the Bangkok international airport. You don't see that every day! This flight was our sixth since leaving Tucson, with a cumulative total of 9,920 miles.

In Phnom Penh, we've been working on writing up the stories from our trip to the schools in northern Thailand. Look for an email with more on that shortly.

As always, feel free to post comments or send us an email with your news. We love to hear from home when we are in new places!
